Wonderful Stay with Scenic Views and Excellent Service

My stay felt incredible, especially enjoying the scenic river views while relaxing at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options, from fresh pastries to hot meals. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile for service, making my trip memorable. Don’t miss the jazz nights in the lounge!

The front desk staff made a great first impression with their warm welcome. The valet went above and beyond by returning my forgotten phone promptly, which was impressive.

The location offers a lovely walking path along the river, making it easy to explore local dining options. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. However, it was inconvenient that valet parking cones blocked the closest spaces, forcing guests to park further away, especially in the rain. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, their lack of experience showed, leading to incorrect recommendations.

I really loved the complimentary coffee by the front desk and the attentive service during breakfast, which my family enjoyed. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the high breakfast prices, but everything else made it worth it! ☕️

I stayed in the 1 Bedroom Suite with a city view, and it was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, which made for a nice sleep. Big windows gave a good view of the area. I liked the living space too—great setup for relaxing. Only downside was the elevator was out of service sometimes, which was a bit annoying.

Just a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Cuyahoga Falls with excellent value for money. The nice walking path by the river was a pleasant surprise during our stay. Make sure to ask about coffee availability if you rely on it in the mornings.

I had a wonderful stay with super friendly front desk staff who even returned my forgotten phone. I was just a few steps away from Falls River Square, perfect for leisurely walks and soaking in the sights.

This place suits me perfectly with its fitness center, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me return my forgotten belongings, which was memorable. I highly recommend it!
